On January 22nd, the "Innovation Leading New Industrialization 2023 Specialized, Refined, Unique and New Manufacturing Power Annual Ceremony" of China Central Radio and Television Station was successfully held in Beijing. On site, 10 specialized and innovative "annual skills" cases, 10 specialized and innovative "annual experts" cases, 5 specialized and innovative "annual highlands", and the "2023 China Specialized and Innovative" Little Giant "Development Report" were successively released. Huang Li and 10 others were named "Annual Experts" for specialization, refinement, novelty, and innovation, while five development zones including Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone were named "Annual Highground" for specialization, refinement, novelty, and innovation.

Huang Li is the founder of Gaode Infrared Group, a national level specialized and innovative enterprise, and the chairman of Xuan Yuan Intelligent Driving. After more than ten years of unremitting efforts, he led his team to develop the "China Infrared Chip" with completely independent intellectual property rights, and built three domestically leading, internationally advanced, and fully "independently controllable" infrared detector chip mass production lines. The products are widely used in the fields of national defense modernization and national economy. He has a broad vision of the "great nation" and, despite the risk of technological innovation failure and the pressure of business performance, has invested all his funds in the research and development of infrared core chips. He has also built an industry-leading research and production system for the entire infrared industry chain and cultivated several "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprises in segmented fields, continuously promoting technological progress and industrial development. Last year, he led a team to successfully develop the smallest pixel size million pixel mid wave cooled infrared detector in China, and launched the industry's smallest uncooled infrared detector micro core, with overall industry-leading performance. On the path of promoting technological self-reliance and self-improvement, he bravely takes the lead and is a well deserved expert in specialization and innovation.
This grand ceremony is the concluding work of the large-scale integrated media activity of "specialization, refinement, novelty, and manufacturing power" organized by China Central Radio and Television Station. The annual cases released on site were selected by an expert review panel based on the five dimensions of "innovation," "breakthrough," "contribution," "leadership," and "responsibility," following the principles of authority, objectivity, and impartiality.
